Coon Fork Camper Cabins is located 4 miles east of the City of Augusta. The day use park, to the west of the lake, includes beach, boat landing, and reservable picnic shelter without electricity. The camper cabins are located on the northwest side of Coon Fork Lake. There is a total of 2 sites both of which are reservable. Each cabins sleeps 6 people. Both sites have breathtaking lake views, electric, A/C, heat, microwave, small fridge, coffee maker, and pit toilet. Neither camper cabin has running water. However, there is a hydrant located outside of the cabins for hand washing and or washing dishes. During the camping season May 1st - September 15th you will have access to the shower building located at the Coon Fork Campground. Regular season amenities include watercraft rentals at Coon Fork office, firewood, showers, hiking and mountain bike trails, and swimming beach with no lifeguard. Boats are allowed but limited to electric trolling motors only. Pets are allowed for an additional fee and must be kept on a leash no longer than 8 feet when outside and must be under owner's control at all times. |
