Tower Ridge Recreation Area Chalet is available for rent but limited to one reservation from Friday thru Sunday each weekend. Please enter your reservation beginning on the Friday of the weekend day you wish to reserve. Then enter the day your reservation will begin. Your parking passes will be issued for ONLY the ONE day you select. |
Tower Ridge Recreation Area Chalet is just 5 miles east of Highway 53 off CTH L in the Town of Seymour. Tower Ridge Chalet can seat 89 guests. Larger groups may be allowed if the renter agrees to provide an additional port-a-potty at their expense. There are 3 cafeteria-style tables (12'x2'6"), 2 serving tables (8'x2'6"), 4 square tables (3'x3'), and 1 small table (3'6"x2'). Plastic stackable chairs are provided. There is a kitchenette with counters, sink and a refrigerator. Restrooms are shared with recreationists. The deposit is required when picking up key prior to the reservation. Only ONE reservation per weekend is allowed. Paid reservations include vehicle entrance passes for their guests.

Chalet Rental: $90 weekdays
$120 weekends/holidays
Key/Cleaning Deposit: $270 (Payable at time of key pickup with personal check)

If you decide to cancel your reservation, please contact the Eau Claire County Parks & Forest Department at (715) 839-4783. An 80% refund will be granted if the reservation is canceled more than 60 days in advance of the reservation, half refund for 30-60 days in advance, and no refund for cancellation of less than 30 days unless date is rebooked by another party. Rebooked reservations will have 20% retained. All cancellations need to be directed to the Parks & Forest Department. |
