The mailing address entered MUST match the billing address that your card is registered to. If the addresses differ, the site may decline your card. If you would like your pass mailed to an address different from your billing address, please indicate the correct mailing address in the comment section, or email parks-forest@co.eau-claire.wi.us. If your card is declined, the pending funds will be held for 24 hours, or until the card decline clears.
If you are purchasing a pass for someone else, please email parks-forest@co.eau-claire.wi.us with the giftee's name, address, and license plate #. We will also need to know whether to send the pass to the purchaser or the giftee.
